Chef/Owner Rafael Manzano and Chef/Owner Pedro Flores have brought an exciting dining experience to town.
These spirited chefs cook with passion and flavor. They are former executive chefs for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Disney, and Marriott Hotels. They have trained at Johnson & Wales and the Texas Culinary Institute.
Their shared philosophy is cook with flavor, use the freshest ingredients, and always take care of the guest.
